Book Clubs are another initiative developed through the Trust where we are trying to encourage children of all ages to read. The clubs incorporate school class-rooms who are given a particular book to read for the week. The culmination of the week will see a local celebrity attend the book club to read the relevant story to the class and speak of his or her life experience in relation to the moral of the story-book.

Both Matthew and Sonia are avid readers who believe that children of today do not read enough which creates a lack of imagination and wordly knowledge. The Book Clubs are changing this attitude.
